This is really good idea found over here, the idea is to record an album in 28 days of February sort of like the fast forward film festival only with music, , if anyone would like to help me they are more than welcome, I reckon I have everything equipment wise to it, now all I need is some songs !! should be fun though, and I think you are bound to get something listenable out of 10 songs,

Tis an interesting one, but you might get a lot more interest if it was just about recording a song in a weekend kind of thing, far easier to get inventive with a song than putting together a whole album. anyone who is capable of an album will probably do it anyway. A 'one song only' idea would attract the kind of amateur have-a-go attitude that makes the fastforward festival so good. and hearing the kind of weird shit that people would put into a 3-min song would be funny. Actually, you get your 3-min song, then combine it with the 3 min fastforward festival movie and suddenly you have soundtracks to go with the movies? combined festival?
